institutions. To ensure that the solution would satisfy the needs of both business and technology stakeholders, we conducted multiple Catapult™ workshops with 16 key lines of business and IT. These exercises were conducted over several months and used to clarify the business vision and streamline operations and IT processes.

Ascend assumed all major management roles in the client’s solution deployment process – Chief Technology Officer, Program Director, and Senior Project Manager – while overseeing development and integration of such complicated components as a data warehouse, CRM system, and portfolio management system.
