Align phase quickly launches your initiative on the right path

In the align phase we conduct a Catapult requirements workshop with a cross-functional team of your stakeholders. The workshop comprises a series of specialized, in-depth exercises that rapidly crystallize your business vision into an actionable plan. It promotes both ownership and cooperation across the team.

Using a visual, rather than narrative approach, the Catapult requirements workshop helps you concretely illustrate your business processes. It enables you to visually define process flow, connections, and properties. It lets you map business functionality down to the prototype and screen level, and translates that functionality into an executable IT plan.

In this phase Catapult also helps you define critical project success factors and develop a prioritized, multi-year solution strategy. It enables you to create a master plan for your IT solution and prioritize execution of your plan in a sequence and at a pace commensurate with your business pressures.
